egoscue method

Hi Yall

Has anyone heard of the Egoscue Method or used it??

Thanks Gil:)

I just looked it up and it's probably worth a try. There's no machine involved and it doesn't appear to be gimicky. Is there a center near you and how much does it cost would be my next questions.?????

I recall I met a fellow spiney a number of years ago when he had bought the material for this method and brought it to our PT so he could use it there. At the time he claimed it helped him but then his spinal condition deteriorated and last I heard was still very bad. Like me tho he had many spine consults and hadn't done anything last I knew of~ perhaps by now he has.

As for myself ~ I tried this method but at the time my quick trial with it deemed it useless for me. Again, it was a very quick trial.

I learned long ago with my spine to try only equipment I could find somewhere else or could easily return as I spent a few thou on things that became coat racks essentially.

This is series of steps as I recall or something like that.
