Refinance now?

3.75 fixed 15 year, $350 out of pocket for appraisal... $1500 fees rolled into note.

Converting variable rates into a lower fixed rate (for all kinds of debt) is something of a no-brainer.

I've discussed this with Danny Haynes of Greenlight Financial in Irvine and Ryan O'Kane at Turn Key Mortgage in Laguna Hills.

I can't imagine rates going much lower.

My first home loan was 16.25% fixed.
