Strudel on the radiator trick!
This seems silly, but I've been here > 30 times and I wish I'd thought of this sooner.
I walked the Stadtplatz today and stopped and bought some rolls and a piece of strudel. After dinner, I returned to my room to work. I put the strudel on top of the radiator for an hour before I was ready to eat it. WHAT A DIFFERENCE.... it was sooooo very good! I can't wait to get home tomorrow! I hope to have a gathering soon... all the best, Mark

Nothing like fresh strudel and a good cup of strong German coffee.
Great idea about warming up on the radiator during the cold months... Have you visited the Hofbrau House on any of your visits to Munich?

Ja! When clients stay the night in Munich, the hotel we stay at is right on the Market Square, just a few hundred feet from where the Hofbrauhaus is.
