I'm sure this belongs elsewhere however everything is tied into my spine it seems to I'm wishing everyone here and all those that ever were part of the spine crew and will be a wonderful healthy New Year;)

Here's to wishing all a happy and healthy new year! To those who need surgery, I hope you can get it and have a wonderful result. To those with ongoing chronic pain, here's to your getting some improvement and learning to function better with your pain. To those who've had surgery, here's to success and continued success. To those avoiding surgery... here's to success in avoiding it. (This is me... I've cancelled my cervical surgery and will try to avoid it longer.)

I had surgery in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003.... Diane had spine surgery in 2007 and 2008. Let's hope that we can buck the trend and let 2008 end the decade of spine for the Mintzer household!
