Unhappy O-u-c-h!!!!

WOW!!!! So, that was a long and painful process and now I am suffering!! How could simple flexion, extension, bend this way, twist this way, lay on the table, etc.etc.,,cause me to HURT SO BAD, right now???

Do you think that is a sign of some sort of instability???

Anyways, just wanted to give an update, I am now going to have a shower, take some meds and go to bed!!!! (thankfully the hubby is getting the kiddies and told me to get some rest....)

Thank you EVERYONE for you help with my 500 questions lately......It has been nice to be able to talk to people who understands what is going on....

Calla, there are so many pain generators that could be in play that would be aggravated by your motion study... no point in speculating about what it might be. Relax and try to recover... you'll get the news soon enough.
