Nerve glide exercises for Sciatica

Does anyone know how to perform nerve glides for S1 nerve? I looked all over the internet for this. Thanks

Hi Rob

I had nerve glides with a P.T. You can not do them yourself.

A P.T. or partner holds your leg at the correct angle and grasp your foot and toes, and begins to move your foot and ankle to release your nerve sleeve.It did not help me.
