TLIF L3-L4 and dynamic stabilization L4-L5

Regards,

any experience with dynamic stabilization and TLIF, maybe even together in one person?

In 2 months time I will undergo this procedures, as my PLDD seems to be a failure (even though doctor told me we must wait 2 weeks, I am pretty sure situation will remain the same).
