Dr Zeegers coming to Orlando,FL Jan 2010

Hello Everyone,

I'm Joe Montoro, a 3 level Activ-L patient of Dr. Zeegers from 12-2007 and emailed him to let him know of a back patient from my home town of St. Augustine Fl, that would be contacting him. To my surprise he told me he was going to be in Orlando Florida on vacation (holiday) in early January, and they could come see him and that others may want to do the same.

So the great news is DR ZEEGERS WILL BE DOING A PRESENTATION ON ADR IN ORLANDO FL, THE FIRST TWO WEEKS IN JANUARY, DATE AND PLACE TO BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY. HE WILL BE ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND WILL REVIEW YOUR CASE FILES IF YOU ATTEND, for FREE! SO BRING ALL YOUR MATERIAL

The space will be limited so please respond early. I've offered to be his local contact in Florida; you can reach me at zeegersFLA@goodidea.net

Or to contact Dr. Zeegers directly, email wzeegers@zeta.demon.nl
or his office in the Netherlands is 011 3 134 358 0266 (remember it is east coast time +6 hours) and his web site is medkiozk.com

Joe,

Wait, let me get this straight - a doctor, on vacation in the states, is going to give an ADR presentation and is willing and eager to speak to spine patients? Oh that's right, he's from Europe and has a very different set of ethics than his American counterparts:rolleyes:. Well not all American doctors, I'm generalizing.

I sincerely hope those who can be helped attend this conference. This man has fine hands!

Happy holidays to all - Dale

Dr. Zeegers is a very unique Dr. He repaired me with a Activ-L and a fusion in November 2007 and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I would love to see him again but that will be busy time for me and I have no way to know where I will be at that time. But one never knows. First serve to new patients in anycase. Thanks Joe for your efforts.

visiting Fla

Joe,
wouldn't you know I'm here in Fla. until the 6th.. I seem to miss the Euro docs whenever they're on the east or west coast!!!

I have no new films since '06 tho so probably wouldn't be too helpful for him to see them~ just a recent low back xray that I don't have a copy w/me.

thanks for the info .. maybe he'll decide to go to CA on this visit as well??!!

Hi Everyone,

The presentation went great and what is even more amazing is we started at 11am and went til 6pm non stop, with Q&A's too and the only break Dr Zeegers took was a bathroom break. Incredible.:)

You can still try to reach him at the Westin Imagine in Orlando at 407-233-2200 through Monday or I might be able to help get a message to him at zeegersfla@goodidea.net or Dr Zeegers himself at wzeegers@zeta.demon.nl

Thanks Fuzzy, Maria and Dale. Maria he will be on the West Coast later in the week but I don't have details.

I missed this event

Joe,
My father ended up in the hosp. Dec.25th and is currently in a Rehabilitation faciltiy as he's 88y.o. and had emergency stomach surgery on 12/27 so my stay was prolonged but I've been busy visiting my father everyday and I will leave this Weds to return to CA.

My back is now starting to really feel crapped out even tho it held up well thus far tho 20 plus days of being in a hosp. and/or other facility tending to a family member and walking the floors as I once did as a nurse has really taken a toll on me.

I'm glad I lasted this long tho I'm pretty sure once I head home I'll be the one in bed! If Dr.Zeegers does anything local in CA that I can get to later in the week tho I'd sure try!

Hopefully more information can be provided about his presentation and thank you very much for posting what you have as well as the pm.

Thanks to Joe and Dr. Zeegers for your contribution to the patient community. These types of seminars can be so valuable. I look forward to hearing more about it!
