Joe, great photo... that's quite an impressive configuration.
Yes, those are Prodiscs. The fusion hardware looks like Synthes Synfix cages. These provide the structure for anterior fusion with the addes strength of the screws, so you don't need posterior surgery. I merged the two threads together. Mark
