facial pain too
 

oes anyome here with upper level cervial issue have face pain? i have so much tension at the base of my skull from my neck and stress. i think that it is causing my occipital never condition. any thoughts?:confused:

I had nerve sensations on the side of my face that was related to my cervical spine. It wasn't really pain... just similar to numbness... the sensation of insects crawling around. This was confirmed by my discography and got better with my surgery. Most of the doctors I spoke to about it didn't believe it could be my c-spine.

yeah, when the doctors look at me funny regarding this, i ask what nerves the c 1/2 2/3 control. they tell the the head and neck, so then why is it not possible that this is causing my facial ticks iask them back. don't you hate it when they have no answer or what they do say is contrary to what you read on line. then they tell you to stay off line. i wonder why that is?:rolleyes:
