Facet problems are zeroed in on by doctors who do a lot of injections and rhizotomies.

Have you been focusing on the hand issues or are they just an aside?

I had problems at C5C6 that resulted in fingers jerking and dexterity problems. Even after fusion, the problem is still there. See a good doctor to take care. Don't wait too long. Please get opinions before damage is done.

Cheryl I do remember those uncontrolable finger movements before i had my first spine surgery which was ACDF from C4-7. After that all my symptoms did go away.

Default i am focused on control not facets

the doctors want us to spend all the money trying what they deem least invasive but profitable rather than answering why i have sharp pain into my left hand and my middle fingers on both hands to include my point finger (index?) and the part under my thumb spasm...they have ignored the bone spurs even when they did the fusion it was still showing on a ct 6 months later.
