Feeling A Little Better Lately

My pain is caused by stenosis at C 3-4 and C 5-6 with other areas contributing.

Out of desperation I began drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with apple and grape juice. So far I have been though 1/2 gallon of apple cider vinegar. It is supposed to dissolve bone spurs. I have also been taking a magnesium supplement with calcium.

There have been no studies but there is anecdotal evidence that it works. I take a bit more than a tablespoon of ACV 3 times a day. My neck seems to be popping a cracking less.

I have been doing this for about a month now. A lot of people swear by ACV for many maladies such as arthritis.

Good Luck to you with this ACV. I hope it lessens your pain tremendously! You can be the star of your own research and thank you for sharing this info.

Many people have recommended white raisins marinated in vodka to cure spine problems.

I read that eating the raisins was enough but when you are in pain the vodka may be good. The Russians call it wadka and when they drink too much they womit.

did you hear about the old couple walking down the beach in Hawaii, arguing about whether it's called Ha-wa-ee or Ha-Va-ee. The saw a tan, muscular, Hawaiian-looking man with a surfboard and asked him....

"Ha-Va-EE", he said!

"I knew I was right! Thank you" said the old man.

"You're Velcome" said the local.
