teeter hang ups
 
does anybody think that at this point a inversion device would help? i have seen several affordable ones under $300 - i think it would help at least relieve some stress....

It would depend. Stretching the ligaments will give you more room in the canal and foraminal spaces. That may get you out of pain for a while. Basically it's traction and traction is tried and true.

I have plenty of hang ups, but have never tried an inversion table. I have tried traction and found it beneficial. I believe that many of us can get some short term improvement with traction. I believe that started early enough, traction can help to retard the progress of DDD. However, most of us are too far gone before we know we should be trying something.

at this point it's merely for temporary relief...:(
