Piriformis Dr

Has anyone heard of or been treated by a Dr.Michael Amaral. He practices in Lawrenceville , GA at the Gwinnett Medical center.

I sent my films over around a month ago and they finally got back and want me to fly down for a eval and possible Piriformis surgery.

I have not heard of him, but i did live in Lawrenceville, Ga for 10 years. My primary at Kaiser at the time told me no one would do any surgery or any injections on my back!
