Do you mean the same day as you get your diagnosis? If it's an emergency that's probably true otherwise scheduling most spine surgeries takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

If you mean can more than one surgery be done the same day like an anterior and posterior fusion I believe that is true depending on the patient and the insurance company unless you have surgery in another country where you pay cash for the surgery.
