there is a drug by the name of Arthrotec 50 that contains both an NSAID and a drug that reduces the production of stomach Acid. It worked well for me until a stupid doctor decided to take me of the Arthrotec and put me onto Naproxin, three weeks later i had a bleeding ulcer - now I am advised not to take any NSAIDs at all, including arthrotec.
Anyway, lucky me I'm going through a good spell and not needing any medication at all - done 50 mile on the bike today
