Has anyone appealed for disability?
 

Hello,

I am from Canada.
After 8 years of suffering from chronic pain, failed 3 epidural injections and a failed fusion, do I have the chance to get a disability claim for worker’s income in Canada? It started affecting my work a few years back. 6 months ago I quit my job. It’s difficult to live with my wife’s income alone. Though I am doing home based work, it is insufficient. She is considering consulting a personal injury lawyer and wants to appeal. I don’t know if it will be fruitful. How long will it take for all the procedures to complete? I heard it’s a long process.
