Ugh..........the PRESSURE!!!!!!

THIS IS ALL SO STUPID!!!!!

How many people have this same thing that I am feeling right now? I have been dealing with this unrelenting pressure in my low back, for over a week now!!!

I am DONE!!!!!!!! I think my GP must be smoking crack or something. I went to see him this morning because WOW, the pressure in my low back at my spine is CRAZZZZZZZZZZZZY!! It doesn't matter what I do, lay down, stand up, sit down, any position, I could not get the pressure to feel any better. (heat, ice etc...)

I don't know how many times I have said that I HATE HAVING TO GO TO MY DOCTOR!!!! He told me that there was nothing he could do for me and that I am going to just have to rest and when he gets back from his vacation, we will (but we all know it is what he decides) decide what is best.

Alright, I am all done complaining again about the same ol, same ol. The problem is, here in Canada, it is impossible to find a "new" doctor, we are so badly in need of family doctors that if you have one consider yourself lucky. Here we are also NOT able to refer ourselves to any specialists, your doctor has to do it, so if he doesn't think its necessary then you are out of luck.....

Ok, well again, SORRY for complaining over and over.......But, if anyone has any idea how to get this pressure feeling under control, I would greatly appreciate the help..... I am DESPERATE to find something that might help, also it seems the more the pressure is in my back, the more my right leg starts to flare-up and act all strange.......

Thanks for the advice!!!!

Does gentle traction help? You can apply it by hanging from something... like a chin-up bar in a doorway or a tree branch at an appropriate height.

If that provides some relief, let me know and I'll tell you about a home traction device that I've used. (Iso-trac - no longer sold, but easy to make.)

Do You Mean To Hang With My Hands From Something??

Yes... hang by your hands...

Janene,

How long have you been having back problems total? If this is a chronic problem, what have the doc(s) diagnosed you with thus far? What has your treatment regimen consisted of?
