Let me know if you want to come.

I wish I could vist and I am sure I will join a future spiney get together once the problems in my spine are a little more under control :)

Right now travel has become a little daunting :(

I've got no plans for Phoenix, but I am planning a long weekend in OC in October. I sure do miss OC.

What a great time... outdoor evenings in Phoenix are wonderful. It was great to see AnnC and MaryLynn... both long time friends and GPN clients. We had lots to catch up on as we've all been through so much together... more later! Dan, Paulette, Melody, Pablo and others... were your ears burning as Ann reminisced about your lunch in Santa Monica?

MaryLynn was in Munich with Jeff and Laura... Unfortunately, Laura couldn't make it over here from Tuscon, but I caught up with her a few days ago... still doing great. She had a pretty bad auto accident, but her spine is so great she didn't even bother with xrays! Hopefully we'll see her here soon for an update.

More later... gotta run now

thanks for update Mark.. WOW w/Laura.. glad to hear her spine is doing well and hope she's OK re the accident otherwise~

Had a great visit in NoCal and SF ~ my spine held up well esp. with sitting on airplane and outtings~ excellent long long walk in Golden Gate Park which did tire me out all over.

Thanks to ESI and meds I'm doing well and still spinally and otherwise kicking!
