Your surgeon does not want to tell you what to do anymore since what he did seems to have failed. You may want to consider seeing someone that does revisions and just see what they say tho it could...

An injection of Toradol 60mg IM would straighten you up (if you're in muscle spasms). Of course waiting for the doctor to call back is recommended tho you might inquire if this would be recomemended...
