There are ball and socket ADR available in the US but they over rotate. The good ADRs are motion limiting.

Rolling the Dice and Getting a Fusion Maybe
You don't here a lot of good things about spinal fusion but I can't afford to do to Europe and get an ADR so I'm rolling the dice and getting a fusion. If it works I will be able to return to work...
