Thanks Mark for your reply. My MRIs since 2002 have indicated "moderate" (once even worse than this) facet damage but Drs. Regan and Lauryssen told me that ADR is OK - although I have not seen them...

Thank you Sharman. My pain's getting worse and I'd probably have fusion at the L5-S1 level and ADR at L4-L5 (or more pending a discogram). I just get the creeps at the L4-L5 level as revision's...
