Mattress
Anyone recommend a good mattress? Every since back surgery, I can't sleep!!!! It hurts!!!

Annular Tear
Has anyone had a successfull healing of a annular tear? I had a nuceus replacement, which has helped the pain.. but the pain that is back, i wonder if it is still from the tear?
Any thoughts?

Dascor Nucleus Replacement
I am 12 weeks post Nucleus Replacement on Level L3-L4. I have had good results so far. Still experiencing some leg pain and some numbness... anyone else have any comments or experiences from this...
