Hi Kristan, you seem to be doing very well. Are you taking pain meds still?? You are a mom of 4 so thats a full take pregablina and tramadol (Ultram) regularily.
How do you manage what pain you have left, and I would be very interested to hear how long it took to settle after the op and if there were differences like me. Before the op I couldnt provoke pain, now I can , so I hope this is a good sign. Good luck in your recovery and would be very grateful if you kept in touch about how you are getting on especially as I have had a 2 level ADR and amexperience buttock and heel pain Maz
