Jessica leaves messages with her extension but it's ALWAYS busy or at least when I call back. In fact Friday I called her back w/i 3 minutes of her call to me and her line was busy. Must be going right down the list and contacting patients to schedule surgery!
Currently I'm in no rush but want to set it up anyway just in case that other shoe drops and I'm dying in pain since it appears no ESIs will be authorized now that surgery has been... Guess that's one way to get me to do surgery!
