lidoderm patches
I have them and have very used on occasion for cervical referred type of pain. It helps tho if my pain is very acute as in my back or neck feeling like it's "going out" (spasming) that Toradol injection is what really works there to knock that out.
I may try the lidoderm patches for my lumbar area too when traveling. They pack well it would seem.
