This is an amendment to my previous post so that you didn't miss it. Apparently my brain was too tired to think straight and my spine has had way too many procedures to keep track of. The part about insurance not covering it.............that wasn't the neurotomies that they refused to cover, they did cover that in full without a battle. It was the nucleoplasty procedure that I had which the insurance refused to cover because they considering it experimental. Sorry about the confusion.

Injections, PTx 3, accupuncture, many meds, chiro, many tests
Feb 2004-Flexicore ADR L5-S1
Oct 2004-very minor improvement -severe nerve pain in hips,legs, and backside has not improved.
Rhizotomy L2-L5 no relief
Sept 2005-Positional MRI shows bulges at L3-4 &
L4-5 impinging on nerves
May 2006 Nuleoplasty L3-5 no help
May 22 2007-2nd ADR surgery-2 level Prodisc (L34 &
L45) & vertebroplasty - Dr. Bertagnoli -Germany.
