I walked this morning early for 50 minutes and later this afternoon I walked for 2 and a half hours. I didn't have any hip pain today but my feet were starting to hurt in the afteroon so had to stop. It was a beautiful late afternoon walk around downtown LB and the Marina area and Shoreline Village~ just beautiful! Lola was on that walk w/me~

Judy, I would have wanted to help the woman too probably to the detriment to my spine but I know that I cannot push heavier power w/c's without painful repercussions. Hope your spine won't be too painful tomorrow!
