That is a lot of walking Maria. I wish i was there , but i will get there i hope. I just have been sleeping too much and miss enough of the day. I go to bed on time, not that late and just toss and turn and finally get to sleep . Today i did not get up intil 12:45. Much too much sleep, i guess my body needs it.

I picked up my operative report today. I had some loose screws which were removed a few levels of pseudoarthrosis at 2 levels and a fracture at a different level. so i had some revision fusion, laminectomy, microforaminotomy, facetectomy and cutting of the hardwear to put in an extension of the rod.
He did a lot of work.

I went to see my hip surgeon today. Everything with my new hip is good. the whole cup shifted to a different position do to the back fusion. so that is why it feels funny to walk. All my soft tissue is hurting do to inactivity and muscle weakness. I have not been able to really exercise for a year. I did do some hiking in the late spring until the foot surgery. hopefully i will be able to get to physical therapy soon.
Bedtime or a little past it.
