Somehow I doubt that foreign surgeons are that much different than surgeons in the US in terms of getting paid and wanting referrals esp. of persons that are high ranking or incredibly rich, or notable somehow.
I don't at all mind voicing my opinion/concerns regarding the state of healthcare in the US and how I'm affected by it re contacting congress.

Orthopedic surgeon in the US top out at 1.3 million a year in salaries alone. US MDs are the the highest paid in the world by far.
