I love the new fridge as i can get into the whole fridge and it has a much larger capacity than my old one. it has the door that opens in 2 and lots of space. for the freezer i would have to bend, but the kids mostly use the freezer for food when i am not cooking. Lots of the time. I just can't stand up too well in the kitchen. Once i do the dishes from the late nite before i am done standing. Once in a while i end up leaning into the sink., i know my younger daughter asks why i am doing that, i tell her my back hurts and ask if she wil finish. No way she says.
For the stove, i have to get someone's assistance. I can't put things in or out. I should have looked into a counter top type of convection oven . I have a larger toaster oven . I wasn't thinking, just became obsessed over the fridge. One problem solved. I didn't think of all these adjustments for back pain issues. One house we bought from a man with a huge humpback deformity. He had taller kitchen counters so there is no bending over, oh how i loved those . I didn't even realize how much i would have loved them now! I guess i had some type of low back pain even back then 25 years ago. Although some of mine , not sure how much is upper back pain too when walking and bending over.
I need to get Becka to therapy and me in the shower first so better go. My extra steroids are starting to put more weight on so i am not going to take them every day that is for sure. i worked so hard to loose a half a pound. Although at the nutritionist although i gained 4 pounds since July, i gained 7 in muscle so they don't even count that as weight gain. I don't know how the heck i did that while not being allowed to do anything!!!
