Default MRI results done in 2008

I had a MRI back in 2008. I was referred by my GP as I was experiencing pins and needles. I went and saw my GP again and she said if there was something wrong I would have heard something. I have been suffering since. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
I visited a locum and asked if there were any reports of the MRI.
Over the last few months the pain in my arms and hands has become unbearable especially at night.
Here is the report
Loss of normal cervical lordosis and multilevel Mild DDD. At c3/4 there is broad based osteophytic disc bar which causes mild compression on the thecal and mild right forminal stenosis. A further broad based osteophytic disc bar at c4/5 similarly results in mild thecal compression and mild bilateral forminal stenosis.
At c5/6 a left paracentral osteophytic disc bar which results in moderate compression on the anterior thecal and moderate bilateral forminal stenosis.
I have been getting pins and needles numbness in both legs more so theleft leg.
Any advice will be very much appreciated.
Should I have been seen by a consultant when the report was done?
Or is the report nothing to worry about.
Many thanks x
