Ringo, I'm so sorry that you find yourself in this situation. You can get multi-level ADR done in the US, but getting insurance to pay for it is another story.

What is clay shoveler's fracture?

Does the headache pain correspond with the neck pain? I'm asking because they could be separate issues.

Are your prior surgeries lumbar?
