I am too late to this topic! Anyway let me say something.. PODs may be an innovatory alternative to manage costs of orthopaedic implants for clinic, patients, and payers, but they are also bountiful with multiple legal challenges. Few days before, however, the SFC has taken an interest in PODs, believing that the use of PODs perhaps result in inappropriate billings and deception.
