Tom,

Sorry for the late reply... If you are a candidate, ADR adjacent to the fusion should reduce the risk of further domino effect. It will be tough to get multi-level ADR next to fusion... not only for insurance issues, but just finding someone that can go so far away from clinical trial guidelines. In NY I like Bitan and Goldstein, but don't have any cervical experience with either of them. For an opinion, they'd be a good place to start.
