Hello to all. New here, but have been to other sights. I am fighting Blue Shield of CA to have them authorize an ADR for cervical spine. Please help if you can. I'm looking for others who've been approved for ProDisc ADR. Send name, surgery date and location and name of insurance company. Does not have to be BS of CA.
