dont know if i am right in thinking this is like the zimmer dto system?

i am having this in 2 weeks it allows them to fuse 1 level then join to it to dynesys at the next level.

i am having L5/S1 fused and L4/L5 dynesys, and it looks a good system, and the consultant explained the reasons and drew pictures and it makes sense.

sorry if i have it all wrong and its completely different. but looking at it i think the idea is the same just different make, let me know what you think?
