Insist on discography before your surgery!!
We have just had a UK patient come back froma Zeegers surgery and he said no discography was needed and its not worked - - - - possibility of the wrong disc replaced -- - - - not like Zeegers but I don`t know the circumstances out there now with the "New regime" - - -saving money???
