Congrats on doing your homework and continuing to look for responsive doctors. My OSS has a Physicians Assistant who is very knowledgeable and responsive by phone and email. If she doesn't have an answer, she'll consult with the doc and get back to me. It's hard to find a better setup because these doctors, with rare exceptions, just won't make the time for us.
