Default Awsome

That is great that you were able to head off the chronic pain spiral by early intervention. I'd take that route but worry about my spine being diseased for so long. I know there are others out there that chose ADR intervention after many long years of altered spinal mechanics, but chances of success are maximized with early intervention before facets are damaged from long term altered spinal loading. Awsome that Mark's knowledge and contacts were able to improve your quality of life.
