A friend of mine that lives in NoCal now but previously lived in SoCal had prolotherapy long ago for her spinal probs and she said she felt it kept the problems at bay for at least 7 years. She paid out of pocket for treatment.
Easy does it with the packing and moving now~ and hope you will like your new job!
