He is the SI joint guru. Question tho. I have never had this happen before, but this time I feel like the cortisone injections left me feeling highly anxious and agitated. I have not heard of this as a side effect. Not to say that it isn't, just that I have never heard of it. I am sorry that you did not get any relief from the injection. I hope you are doing well otherwise.
