I definitely remember you from the other site. I remember your amazing scar also about how good it looked after surgery. What an excellent seamstress your surgeon was. 
I had this pain for years before my 4 level ADR surgery. It was exacerbated by C6-C7 issues and I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia previously. All of this cervical pain disappeared after I healed from the cervical surgery. It was like a miracle to me. You are only three months out of a very major surgery and are probably still healing from this surgery. It is still going to take some time to heal from it and, hopefully this will settle down for you in time. It is also something that you will want to discuss with follow-up care with your physician or surgeon.
