Change positions in my bed, eat chocolate, turn the TV channel, weight myself, eat more chocolate, etc.

Occasionally take trips to the mountains but no more backpacking or long day hikes. Visit the Apple Store and drool. Like the 3rd St. Promenade for people watching in Santa Monica. Am starting to take long walks again and w/hit the weights gingerly.
