The apple ipod power cube (the litte white square thing you plug into outlet) is also rated for world power and actually came with different adapters form apple. Very slick. If you don't have this its $30 or so from apple. Also the ipods charge right of the usb on the computer. If you usually don't charge this way make sure you have "auto sync" turned of in "itunes" before you plug it in (!).
