What can I say. After studying so much about PLDD I can only say THANK YOU DR. CHOY for bringing this wonderful technique to us.

In Croatia, we use PLDD very often. Mainly for contained herniations (bulges, protrusions). Sometimes we use bipolar technique (in same time booth sides -left and right) to shrink annular tears. Dr. Saftic's results with this technique is excellent, around 80% of patients are happy.
