  My MRI Findings
Reference examination.
MRI cervical 2/10/2010 report.
MRI cervical 4/23/2008.

Findings.

Spine alignment, vertebral body heights, and marrow signal intensities are normally maintained.

Signal intensities of cervical cord and subarachnoid spaces are normal. Foramen magnum is normal.

C2-C3 shows a disc osteophyte complex without significant canal or foraminal stenosis, previously
described mild to moderate left foraminal narrowing.

C3-C4 shows patent canal and foramina, previously described as mild left foraminal narrowing.

C4-C5 shows a disc osteophyte complex impinging on the ventral cord without cord compression. Left
foramen stenosis appears high-grade on today's study.

C5-C6 shows a disc osteophyte complex impinging on, if not compressing the cord, more so to the
right. There is high-grade bilateral foraminal stenosis.

C6-C7 and C7-T1 disc spaces are unremarkable

Incidental axial imaging at T2-T3 and T2-T4 show minor right disc osteophyte complexes without canal
stenosis or cord impingement/compression.

Impression.
1. Spondylosis C5-C6 with cord compression, perhaps greater than demonstrated on reference.
2. C4-C5 spondylosis with cord impingement, perhaps greater than demonstrated on reference.
