Hi Oldnorm and welcome,
I'm sorry you've been in pain so long with little relief in site. Please tell us a little more about your problems. Fusion is not for everyone and there are other remedies but even ADR has limitations and contra-indications. Also, there might be insurance problems so let us help. What cutting edge technology are you referring to? Dale
