Embarrassing question for men
I have a very embarrassing question for the men. After my fusion at L5/S1 I have noticed something strange. Before I orgasm, I start to ejaculate. It is not a shooting type, it just slowly comes out. After a few seconds I orgasm like normal with a lower amount of ejaculation. What has happened!! Is it nerve issues? I am still having nerve issues with my legs and I wonder if it is related. I guess the pulling out technique won't work anymore! Has anyone had this happen after surgery? Sorry if this is a crude question, but it concerns me.

I do not have lumbar issues (that I know of) but when my pain issues started I noticed exactly what you are describing. I never put the two together. It doesn't matter to me now though, I can't even pleasure myslef due to the pain. Sex is completely out of the question.
I hope someone else might chime in. It is interesting.

i think its called retrograde ejaculation and its a possible side-effect of an ALIF.

Even though this does not sound like retrograde ejaculation it probably is related to the surgery and there is a chance it will imporve with time.

Deer Exercise
