Embarrassing question for men

I have a very embarrassing question for the men. After my fusion at L5/S1 I have noticed something strange. Before I orgasm, I start to ejaculate. It is not a shooting type, it just slowly comes out. After a few seconds I orgasm like normal with a lower amount of ejaculation. What has happened!! Is it nerve issues? I am still having nerve issues with my legs and I wonder if it is related. I guess the pulling out technique won't work anymore! Has anyone had this happen after surgery? Sorry if this is a crude question, but it concerns me.
